questionmarkmagnifySince we launched CelebrityLetters.com we’ve gotten lots of questions about our products and services. We’ve compiled some of the answers here. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please contact us directly and we will answer you as soon as we can.

Q: Ho long will it take for me to get celebrity addresses from you once I order my package?

A: After you place your order, you will be sent a link to immediately download any ebooks or bonuses. For celebrity address requests, scheduling consultations or other items in your package that need follow up, you will receieve an email within 24 hours  with instructions on how to set up those features.

Q: Can I really get in touch with my favorite celebrity? Do they actually read their mail?
A: Yes, over the years we have gotten thousands of replies from famous stars that prove they really do read and respond to fan mail. Of course, each person is different and has their own approach to answering letters from fans, but for the most part, you can get in touch with them. (To read some of the responses, head over to our blog section.)

Q: How long will it take before I hear from the stars I write to?
A: Again, each celebrity is different. Some write back within a week or two, some take months or years to reply. One thing you should never do is to get upset at them or take it personally if you don’t hear back right away. Have patience.

Q: You say that you will help people personally connect with the stars. Do you guarantee a response?
A: We do our best to help you shape the best letter possible. Our methods have proved effective over the years in getting celebrities to respond, but we cannot guarantee a reply.

Q: What should I say in my letters? Should I mention that I got their contact information from CelebrityLetters.com?
A:Each letter will vary depending upon you and the person involved. There isn’t one specific thing to write. If you’d like to see some templates for letters that have been successful in the past, be sure to read “The Guide to Writing Letters to Celebrities.” It’s not necessary to mention to them that you got their information from us. They actually don’t care where or how you found them. They don’t need to know that you took a shortcut to get there.

Q: What kind of response rate should I expect?
A: Again, we make no guarantees, but the more letters you write the better your chances for making connections. Responses will vary. It’s a numbers game. The rule is generally a 10% response rate. (Put simply, if you write ten letters, you will average one response. Write one hundred letters, you can expect ten responses or so. It does pay off.)

Q: How do celebrities feel about fan mail?
A: Well composed letters are the least intrusive and most respectful method of contacting someone famous. (Which is why we do not publish phone numbers or email addresses.) If you put together a letter that is heartfelt, polite and personal, it will most likely be read and responded to. If you’d like to know more about how celebrities feel about fan mail, read some of our blog post with the celebrity Q&A’s.

Q: How accurate is your information?
A: Our researchers at CelebrityLetters.com strive to confirm details and addresses before we publish or send you any of them. Things can change in the interim, though. If, for any reason, a letter is returned to you by the post office for invalid information, contact us and we will reimburse you for the postage.
